Surejh is a graduate of the Sri Lanka Institute of Hotel Management and brings over 25 years of culinary experience. He began his career at the Cinnamon Grand in Colombo and went on to work at Ireland’s 5-star Lyrath Estate Hotel.
He later became a key chef at the award-winning Aqua Restaurant, which was recognised multiple times as Europe’s Best Seafood Restaurant. Suresh also led Lagoon Seafood & Fusion, which received the title of Best Upcoming Restaurant in Munster.
Glen, Over 20 years in hospitality, with leadership roles in Hilton Dubai, Silversprings Hotel, Kinsale Spa Hotel, and Cork International Hotel.
Anslem, Former Hilton Colombo staff member who rose to Restaurant Manager in Ireland after roles at Ashdown Park and Brandon House Hotels.
