10.1. The Management Committee shall prescribe, by mutual consent of both the Ladies and Men’s Clubs the days and times when the members of the Men’s Club or the Ladies Club shall have the use of the Course for competitions.

10.2. The Management Committee shall provide the facilities of the course and clubhouse to Golf Ireland at reasonable intervals in accordance with normal practice.
